PRICING
As you may have notice we do not have pricing listed on our website. This is intentional. As we offer a variety of customization and options which leads to a change of price. To assure that you get the best price and the exact price for your item we like to work with you directly either in the store, via e-mail, or on the phone.
We offer multiple piece discounts and other special pricing based upon your needs and your order.
So rest assured you will be getting the best quality at an exceptional price.
RETURN POLICY
On Store items: A full refund, minus shipping charges, within 15 days of your receiving the item with a Northern Oak Furniture receipt. Store credit without a receipt. Custom order items are not returnable after the order has been placed. A 40% restocking fee may be applied on returns after 15 days of sale.
Stock Furniture (Items bought directly off the showroom floor): Return requests are accepted within three days of receipt of the item, unless special arrangements are made at time of sale. Please notify us within those three days to arrange the return of the item. If we have to pick the item(s) up please note there will be a fuel surcharge. Stock Furniture is not returnable after the three days.
If you have lost or otherwise misplaced your receipt, we may be able to locate our copy of it with some help on your part, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full purchase price without the receipt.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Large pieces and furniture requiring special handling for delivery will incur additional costs. We will inform you of those costs before shipping. Delivery of furniture is available in the Twin Cities/ Rochester/Eau Claire/La Crosse/Winona and Lake Pepin areas. Shipping of furniture is available out side our delivery area across the entire USA. Actual delivery and extra shipping charges will be determined and billed separately.
Currently orders can be shipped to anywhere in the United States. Do not send a credit card number through email as it is not secure for such sensitive information. We can make other arrangements by phone or work with you in person at one of our stores.
DAMAGE POLICY
If any or all of your order arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please save all packaging. Most carriers will want to inspect how it was packed to ensure that they are responsible for the damage incurred. Also have on hand your Northern Oak Furniture invoice, and any information from the package itself, such as tracking and/or insurance numbers.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDERS
We would be happy to create custom works of furniture and other items for you. You must provide all exact measurements and species of wood you are choosing. We will discuss the item with our builders and let you know if it is a project they are willing to build. Please note that with such requests the average time to build your product will be 12 to 16 weeks. Most of our artisans and builders do accept custom work, the price will be set depending upon the item(s) requested and material chosen. We handle the entire process for you. Simply contact us and we will discuss what you are would like to have created specially for you. A 50% down payment is required on all custom orders and the payment is not refundable.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for purchases in the store, over the phone. Additionally, we accept cash and checks in-person in our store.
